In-Person Workshop - Needle Felted Waterfall Landscape (AFTERNOON SESSION - April 26th, 2025) in Greer, SC
Are you ready to learn the art of needle felting? You're in the right place!
WORKSHOP TYPE: In-Person
LOCATION: My home studio in Greer, SC (near GSP Airport). Address will be given out once class is booked.
TIME: Saturday April 26th, 2pm - 5pm (3 hours)
PROJECT: Waterfall landscape scene of your choice (approximately 5-7") An embroidery hoop is included in the class fee and is a simple way to finish the piece during class. I will also have other sizes & shapes of frames available for purchase (not included in the class fee), or you may bring your own if you like. If you bring your own frame, look for something around 5x7 or 6x6, with a deeper style frame such as a "cradle" or "floater" frame that would be used for mounting a canvas. The frame will need a solid back to attach the wool when complete. Please feel free to reach out if you have questions about what kind of frame to bring.
SUPPLIES: All materials are provided (wool, yarn, fabric, etc. as well as a foam pad and felting needle for use during class. Additional supplies may be purchased to take home).
PRICING: $75 per student, includes all instruction, wool, felting pad, felting needle.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN: Prior to beginning our project I'll give an overview of needle felting supplies & techniques, plus a list of resources that will be helpful after the workshop.
WHO CAN TAKE THIS CLASS? As long as you have good hand eye coordination, you can do this workshop! No prior felting experience is necessary. I usually recommend the class for ages 8+ but if you have a crafty 6 year old who is artistic beyond their years, it's totally up to you!
WORKSHOP POLICIES:
- The workshop is held in my home studio, which is on the second floor and is NOT handicap accessible. There are 14 steps up to the studio.
- Children under age 10 must be accompanied by an adult. The adult does not necessarily have to participate in the class (or pay for their own spot), and there is an adjacent room where they can hang out if they like.
- If I cancel the workshop for any reason, you will be fully refunded.
- If you cancel 7 days or more prior to the class, you will be refunded 100% of the fee.
- If you cancel with less than 6 days notice but more than 48 hours, you will be refunded 50% of the fee.
- If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, no refund will be given.
